Following the guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), New York State, and New York City, LuminoCity Festival has implemented the following procedures regarding visitors safety. Arrive 10 minutes prior to your entry time slot. There will be a line at the festival gate entrance for the current time slot ticket holders. Lumino City was first released for the PC in late 2014, followed by a launch on iOS in 2015. The game was hand-crafted, and we mean that; the development team used real paper, cards, miniature. Lumino City is the product of cardboard cut outs, photographed from multiple angles and then pieced together to create an environment that, on an iPad’s Retina display, looks as if it was. Lumino City Randall's Island Manhattan

At the 2015 Independent Games Festival, Lumino City was nominated for the 'Excellence in Visual Art'.[6] At the 2015 British Academy Games Awards, Lumino City won the 'Artistic Achievement' category, and was also nominated in the categories 'British Game' and 'Game Innovation'.[7] The game received a nomination in the 'Most Innovative' category at the 2016 Games for Change Awards.[8]
